DeAngelo Hall hopefully won’t get in my face about this blog, but he sure got a handful of Atlanta Falcons head coach Mike Smith. I must say I’m disappointed in the head coach of the Falcons because you should not lay your hands on other opponent’s especially players. But, Roger Goodell handed out fines today and Mike Smith got the biggest chunk by taking $15,000 out of his wallet, that is 15,000 double cheeseburgers at McDonald’s. Now, Albert Haynesworth caught a lesser fine and I think it was a total of $7,500. Finally, some of the Falcons team may have been fined, but that won’t stop us from the playoffs.
What a game for Michael Turner against the Skins though. Turner has finally gotten back on track and he is leading the team to victory in my opinion.
Next week brings a tough challenge and that will be against division rival, the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers have been struggling mighty this year and can’t buy a break. I’ll be throwing up a preview of that game very soon.
