Sorrow Hits Bengals
December 17th, 2009 | by Tupac4Congress |After much cheer and praise for the new and revamped Cincinnati Bengals. Sorrow, sadness, and despair might have hit the locker room hard this morning. The formerly troubled wide out is in “Serious” condition according to Fox Sports. Also, it was reported that Chris Henry was on life support. Many statements have been released on Henry’s behalf and they all concern for his well being. Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said he would speak on the matter this morning. If this is how it ends, what a sad story for the life of Chris Henry. Somebody who had multiple problems with law, but tried to get it all back together. He was actually getting it done to - My thoughts and prayers go out to Chris, his family, his teammates, and everybody else that had a positive impact on Chris Henry’s life.
In my personal opinion, Chris Henry was a great football player. He always brought his best game and helped Carson Palmer out big time. Chris Henry was such a pivotal part to the Bengals offense, but did not take full creditability for it. Even though he was a slot wide out, he always found ways around opposing defenders.
